Physiotherapy Session
During each session, we apply the most appropriate methods for that moment – therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, or taping. This approach not only strengthens and restores the body through exercise but also helps to reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve results more quickly. Our goal is for every session to provide maximum benefit exactly when you need it.
Individual physiotherapy session – the physiotherapist works with you one-on-one, giving full attention to your needs and tailoring the program specifically for you.
Group Physiotherapy Session – the session takes place with 2–3 participants at the same time. Each person is provided with an individual plan tailored to their needs, while the exercises are performed together, under the supervision of the physiotherapist.
